Thumb32 assembler (62/69)

This patch implements disassembly for Thumb32, and changes the way
16-bit Thumb instructions are disassembled to resemble the new Thumb
syntax rather than the old.  Most noticeably, instructions that set
the flags now have an 's' suffix.
