support for dcbzl instruction for g5/g4/power4?

Here, have some.  I'm too lazy to write a ChangeLog entry
write now.  Also, it might not be fully correct: I keyed
it on cpu=power4, which doesn't distinguish between
dcbz and dcbzl (afaik), as there's no cpu=970 option (yet).

But the patch is tested.
