[PATCH] resubmitted patch for kaOS config

Please do the following - and I fear it cannot be processed until the
FSF has *received* the papers:
- Send a ChangeLog entry for each of patches
- Send only the config.sub change to config-patches.  When the patch
  has been added to the config.sub master file, ask on the binutils
  list for integration of the updated master file.

- In general please explain a bit more what your patches are doing.
