objdump.c patch

Hello,

I have attached a patch I created which improves the
comments/documentation in objdump.c.

Here is my ChangeLog addition

2003-08-24  Jonathan R. Grant  <jg-binutils @ jguk DOT org>

	* objdump.c: Improve comments/documentation.
	dump_data (bfd *abfd): Eliminate duplicate function calls to
	bfd_section_size().
