Question about adding ld emulations

See src/README-maintainer-mode for the answer to this question.  Or
you can just read the nex=t sentance. :-)  Go to:

  ftp://sourceware.redhat.com/pub/binutils

And download the tar'ed bzip'ed sources for the tools that you need.
