Since you asked, please do.  This list is for "discussing
binutils issues".  Changing the license of libbfd can be done
only by FSF and is off-topic.  Challenging whether linking with
a GNU GPL:ed library (like libbfd) makes a program covered by
GNU GPL is not binutils-specific and is off-topic.  Off-topic
subjects are not sanctioned by putting [OFFTOPIC] in the
subject.  IMHO.  Thank you.
