Please change your autoconf/automake for binutils

Hi David,

Could you please change autoconf/automake used for binutils
checkin? gas/configure in your patch

        * configure.in: Add the em type for FreeBSD targets.
        * configure: Regenerate.

was generated by an compatible autoconf. As the result, as-newno
and gasp-newno are generated instead of as-new and gasp-new. That
leads to the newly built "as" won't be used for "make check" since
it looks for as-new. I have checked in an updated configure. It
should be ok now. Ian put up a set of autoconf/lautomake for
binutils a year ago. They are autoconf-000227.tar.bz2 and
automake-000227.tar.bz2. Please make sure you have the right ones.
