RTEMS gas/configure.in patch

[Joel Sherrill]

Similar to previous config.bfd patch except h8300-rtems was
missing in gas.

Don't forget to regenerate configure. :)

        * configure.in (arm-*-rtems*, a29k-*rtems*, h8300-*-rtems*):
        New targets.
        * configure.in (sparc*-*-rtemself*, sparc*-*-rtemsaout*): New
targets.
        * configure.in (sparc*-*-rtems*): Switched from a.out to ELF.
