ELF_DYNAMIC_INTERPRETER changes for FreeBSD

   I think the only target that uses the dynamic
   interpreter specified in the ABI on x86 is SCO Unix.

UnixWare uses the specified ABI interpreter, as does any straight i386
SVR4 implementation.  Those implementations are now owned or licensed
by SCO, admittedly.
