ELF_DYNAMIC_INTERPRETER changes for FreeBSD

We also support the TenDRA C/C++ compiler on FreeBSD.  So it seems to me
the place to take care of this in Bintuils themselves so the assembler is
correct, rather than the tool that uses the assembler.
