ELF_DYNAMIC_INTERPRETER changes for FreeBSD

FreeBSD uses a different name for it's ELF_DYNAMIC_INTERPRETER than the
values currently used by Binutils.

* elf64-alpha.c (ELF_DYNAMIC_INTERPRETER): Likewise.
