You probably want the source you got on the CD.  That's OSS, it's a
version of GCC & binutils, and it should be identical :-).

Otherwise, you can start searching for similar versions from about
October 1999 in the CVS repositories.  I don't know what exactly
you'll find; there's two-way traffic between our version and the
sourceware versions.  You should probably go right up to the current
version.
