[PATCH] Misc SPARC fixes

Hi!

This is a repost of the changes needed for SPARC binutils.
Without this elf64-sparc linker segfaults and both 32 and 64bit linker
generates wrong results if linking with an Ultra or HAL optimized shared
library.
