What is the `archer' branch

Hi,

http://sourceware.org/gdb/wiki/ArcherBranchManagement contains references to
the branch `archer'.  IMO it never got any change from the `master' branch and
moreover it has now very old `master' snapshot.

IMO it should have been what is called now `archer-rmoseley-f11-merge'.

IMO it should be always called `archer' - to have some upstream single
development snapshot of the Archer project.
