their real names do not appear in the GCC MAINTAINERS file.

In case of Jeff it's the "A.", and similar for Jorn it's a variation
of names.

apache and htdigid are special cases which I'll exclude going forward.

Similarly for Jason Molenda, I guess.

Frank, I assume can easily adjust his realname.

Elena hasn't been working for Red Hat for a while, I believe, and never
committed a single patch.  Similarly for Klee (never heard that name?)
and Corinna, it seems?
