Hi

This patch adds an RTEMS specific cpuset.h and does
not touch any other target. OK to apply?

        * libc/sys/rtems/sys/cpuset.h: New file.

FYI we will be following up with a patch to add
pthread affinity API support but adding this
file is an independent first step and will make
the next patch set smaller.
