[Patch, microblaze]: target_makefile_frag to include default libgloss

Subject: [Patch, microblaze]: target_makefile_frag to include default libgloss

Attaching compressed copy of patch, previous attempt was rejected as
the regenerated libgloss/microblaze/configure was too large a diff for
the mailer daemon.


Update MicroBlaze support in libgloss to include generic objects, and
regenerate configure with 2.64 autoconf.

  * microblaze/configure.in: Add target_makefile_frag.
  * microblaze/configure: Regenerate.
