I've run into the following issue (detailed below). Running make a
second time gets further. The build appears to have worked in all the
multdirs except the simple '.' multidir.
Note that I've added mthumb-interwork and fPIC to my multilib
configuration, but excluded interwork/pic.
$ find arm-elf -name libc.a | grep newlib/libc.a
arm-elf/thumb/newlib/libc.a
arm-elf/thumb/interwork/newlib/libc.a
arm-elf/thumb/pic/newlib/libc.a
arm-elf/interwork/newlib/libc.a
