libffi rebased

I just rebased the libffi git tree against GCC. There are still a
handful of patches that need to go into GCC. They mostly belong to Dan.
Dan - it would be great if you could test out the git tree to make sure
I didn't botch anything. I'll push the remaining patches into GCC once
you give the all clear.
One thing I've noticed is that dejagnu testing is broken. I won't have
time to look into that for a few days, so if somebody wants to take a
crack at it, that would be great.
