If there is a corporate assignment (as opposed to a corporate disclaimer) 
then that suffices - but in that case it helps to post patches from the 
relevant email address that makes it clear which assignment applies.  In 
this case I see:

ANY     Red Hat, Inc.   1999-10-21
Assigns past and future changes to FSF software (until
agreement is terminated with 30 days notice).

which looks sufficient.
