As described in the cv_cygwin1.dll.README, raw device support
on W95 is restricted to raw partitions. So,
mount -b //./a: /dev/fd0
or e.g.
mount -b //./e: /dev/zip
both work.
NT also has the ability, to address a complete disk
device as one single raw device, regardless of the count of
partitions on it. This is addresses by e.g.:
mount -b //./physicaldrive0 /dev/hda
or else. This isn't possible on W9X.
