This is the mail archive of the
mailing list for the Cygwin project.
to /etc/mail.rc allows nail to work with ssmtp.
What's weird, is that nail saw every command line option as an email address:
$ echo test | nail -s "subject" firstname.lastname@example.org
$ smtp-server: 501 <-s>: recipient address must contain a domain
. . . message not sent.
Yet, if I typed:
$ echo test | nail -v -s "subject" email@example.com
It *verbosely* displayed the above error.
