I (or my autotester) noticed regressions for arm-unknown-eabi.
I tweaked the subject to catch the eye of any supposed
maintainer on duty.

Do you intend to do that, or do you leave it to a target
maintainer? (I'd do it if my "arm-fu" was stronger.)
