ATTRIBUTE_HIDDEN for libbfd.h


	* libbfd-in.h (ATTRIBUTE_HIDDEN): Define and use throughout.
	* configure.ac (HAVE_HIDDEN): Check compiler support for hidden
	visibility.
	* libbfd.h: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* config.in: Regenerate.
