Svein - you are the maintainer for the TIC4x port, and since all of
these files are TIC4x specific you do not need to ask for permission
in order to check them in. You do need to tell us that you are
checking them in, (by sending an email message), but you do not need
to seek permission.
One thing though - there is a ChangeLog file in the gas/testsuite
directory, so please put your ChangeLog entry into that file and not
the top (gas) level one.
In fact since you have already committed the patch, please just move
the relevant parts of your ChangeLog entry.
