Starting with 2023-01-01 Croatia's official currency becomes €

This small patch updates glibc localedata to reflect that. You can apply it with `git am 0001-Update-hr_HR-currency-to-EUR.patch` from the sources root.

We at Arch Linux have received a report about this [1]. Any chance of patch being applied before next release?

Fixed in glibc master.
