Since adding core/object files to use during the testing of the java bindings,
the gmime-uudecode program is needed for unpackaging the core/object files
during the build.  A check needs to be added to make sure the package containing
that program has been installed before building.

Fixed in latest version of frysk-imports/common/acinclude.m4 in cvs HEAD.
