- Add *-pkg-dir.patchs, add datadir to, and fix classpath and
  macro_dir in the PACKAGE.pc, add file.
- For java packages, where needed run aclocal with -I
  ../jg-common/macros, and -I ../libgtk-java/macros.

Patches applied to frysk-0.0.0.20051209-0.EL4.2, need to be pushed up-stream.
