Hi, I think the Spanish locale for Spain is a litte bit out of date.

* In Spain, the currency symbol DOES NOT precedes the amount, neither in
positive nor in negative values, as stated at:

  publications.europa.eu/code/es/es-370300.htm

* The collation no longer assumes Ch or ll to be a single character, as stated
at:

www.rae.es/rae/gestores/gespub000018.nsf/(voAnexos)/arch8100821B76809110C12571B80038BA4A/$File/CuestionesparaelFAQdeconsultas.htm#ap31

I sent an email a long time ago to the danish maintainer but never got a
response.

Thanks,
-- santilin

I've changed the locale definition to use the common collation definition and
change [pn]_cs_precedes to zero.
