In https://launchpad.net/bugs/149007, an Ubuntu user reported that in Costa
Rica, the first weekday is Sunday, while the first workday is Monday.

Good question. What kind of evidence are you looking for?

I'm the original reporter and would gladly search for it, but not sure exactly
what you're expecting.

For example, in every calendar made here, you'll see that Domingo (Sunday)
appears in the first column, and Sábado (Saturday) appears last. However,
standard business weekdays go from Lunes (Monday) through Viernes (Friday). Will
a copy of such calendar be good enough?
