http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/ says at the bottom of the page:

  Please send comments on these web pages to webmasters@www.gnu.org.

But according to webmasters@www.gnu.org, such comments should not be sent to
them because you take care of your own pages.

The website has been updated and we no longer ask you to send comments to webmaster@www.gnu.org.

If you need to send comments please file an issue against product:glibc component:admin|web|git as you have done for this very issue.
