stap -b .... generates per-cpu binary files with an undocumented timestamp
field to enable later merging.  But we don't ship such a merging tool, nor
document the timestamp field.  We should do both.

documentation was added in a stap-merge.1 man page, stap_merge.c was used
instead of a .tcl script for improved performance of sorting
