Suggested problems/improvements for the stap-server initscript:

o Need to support -B -I -R options for complete cross compiling
o Allow servers to be specified by PID and/or nickname
o Notification of certificate status for sysadmins in the log

Need a way to configure/specify and alternate user to run the server(s)

And until bug #5163 is fixed, this probably needs to ensure that
the /usr/share/systemtap/runtime/uprobes* directory is writeable
by the compile-server userid.

The initscript should be runable from the install tree as stap-server.
