We Need a Forum

I love the mailing list, but we should really have a
forum up and running, it's easier to keep track of
issues and more user-friendly for the casual fan.  We
could split it into Player/Designer/Coder areas.  I
tried to get one through sourceforge, but it didn't
work out (I guess they didn't think a designer-only
project for XConq was worth their time).
