Who's the SDL guy?

Today I've seen e-mails from "the usual suspects" and nobody's taken a
stab at answering my SDL on Windows question.  I don't expect any of you
to necessarily know the answer to "...on Windows" questions, but I do
expect one of you to affirm that you're "the SDL guy."

If nobody actually develops SDL, then who once did, and what's the
future of the SDL code?  Are any of you actually doing GUI work of any
kind?
