Debug, DEBUGGING and stuff

OK, thanks. What about making Xconq recognize "configure --enable-debug" to 
be consistent with many other projects like for example KDE? And to be 
consistent with that, change DEBUGGING in the code to DEBUG (since it is 
called --enable-debug and not --enable-debugging)? Select your anser ;-)
