This is shaping into a very interesting game!  One thing I find strange,
though, is how many of the unique characters have poor "defend" values.
Take, for example,

(unit-type galadriel (name "Queen Galadriel") 
  (image-name "heroes-elf-lady") (acp-per-turn 3) (attack 12) (defend 1)
  (hp-max 5) (cp 1))

I would think that she should have a strong "defend" value and a weak
"attack" value, to encourage her to sit tight and defend Lorien!
