Any interest in a list of cities in Finland?

Well, lib/ng-europe.g currently contains:

  "Nokia" "Oulu" "Savonlinna" "Tampere" "Turku" "Vaasa" "Vammala"
  ))

So your work would seem to fit if (a) some of the testing code and
such is removed and it is formatted as a diff against ng-europe.g, and
(b) I don't think we can safely assume any character set beyond
US-ASCII.  At least I'm not aware of any particularly fancy
font/charset handling.

Stan would know better than I whether the lists have been
intentionally kept short so they just have the better known cities in
them or something like that.  But I guess my attitude is basically
"why not" if you want to work on this...
