7.4.0 tarball available

The 7.4.0 tarball is now available for downloading:

        ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/xconq/xconq-7.4.0.tar.gz

Testing shows a couple of problems already - the curses interface
doesn't build, and Windows port status ("not working") isn't
documented.  So there will be a 7.4.1, but this one is worth
checking out.  We especially need install testing, since that
varies the most between systems, but gets exercised the least
on a daily basis.  (I thought things had gone very wrong until
I realized that I had the env var XCONQ_SCORES set...)
