Xconq view object changes committed to CVS

I've just finished the massive checkin that changes Xconq to handle
unit viewing with objects instead of an area layer. In general,
everything will look the same to players, except that now when
you're viewing a stack of enemy units, and lose coverage (by moving
away or dying) of that cell, the stack still appears as a stack,
rather than a single unit image.
The work is not quite done. The view objects are saved but not
restored, the internal representation should be a hash table rather
than a simple linked list, the Mac interface hasn't been changed to
properly display a stack of views, and there are almost certainly
some anomalous cases left. This last is why I checked in the code;
if you're tracking the CVS version, it would be really helpful to
check out the Unix build on your favorite games, and report any
viewing situations that don't seem to be working right.
