I've just committed another pile of improvements connected to the
nw-europe.g game, although it's not done yet - to model the
situation accurately post-D-Day, captured ports should only be
able to supply Allied HQs, while the German HQs need to get their
supply only from cities in Germany.

The player setup dialog for the Unix/Windows interface now has a
popup menu where you can select your side's name directly - now
it's easy to become the Swedes beating up the Danes!
