Xconq contrib dir kickoff

The contrib directory is now open for business!  You can find it on
sourceware.cygnus.com, under pub/xconq/contrib.  And to get things
started, Keir Novik has sent in "tailhook.g", his impressive take
on WWII carrier operations in the Pacific, and "coral-sea-th.g"
which is the Battle of the Coral Sea.  This game is more detailed
than the library's coral-sea.g, and gives you lots and lots of
planes to fly around!

While you can play it with the last snapshot, for best results
acp-min should have its older behavior.  I'm about to check in
the appropriate source mods and will make another snap today.
Keir says "it's ready to playtest", so go to it!

I'll also be collecting other assorted contributions into the
contrib directory, so please send in your goodies.  Red Hat
has plenty of disk space, so don't worry about that... :-)
