	Make find by name menu item work.
	* ui.c, ui.h (find_units_matching): New function.
	* tkconq.tcl (create_map_menus): Enable find by name.
	(popup_find_dialog, ok_find}: New procs.
	* tkmain.c (tk_center_on_unit): New tcl command.
	
	Add menu item to control AI resignation.
	* tkconq.tcl (create_map_menus): Add menu item.
	(toggle_ai_may_resign): New proc.
	
	* ui.c (unit_actually_visible): Remove, no longer used.
	(describe_imf): Note special image flags like isconnection, etc.
