Here is a description of the pull request.

This is a demo to show how a patch is created, then how emails are sent:
- when a review is requested
- when someone makes a free form comment
- when someone comments on the code using the review mechanism
- when someone approves or requests changes
- when the pull request is closed (as, for now, we can't merge using the UI)
