Good findings.  Concur:

- get --enable-debug to imply --disable-dyninst somehow (maybe: consider
renaming --enable-debug to --enable-glibcxx-debug)

- find a test case to run valgrind (memcheck) over through pass 4; maybe the
same parallelism-helgrind.exp one?

- try running staprun under valgrind; a test case that already runs staprun
directly, such as those in attach_detach.exp, to repeat in valgrind mode
