s390x and aarch64 kernel boot images are not friendly compressed-elf vmlinuz
files that elfutils already knows how to handle.  Ohhhhn o.  They're custom
bootloader-specific compressed and packaged and stapled and filed and indexed
and briefed and debriefed and numbered.

However, the buildid is still in there for debuginfo fetching via debuginfod. 
It can be extracted.  It will be extracted.  There will be happiness.
