Hi Team, 
Good day. 
I just checked the tapset doc from https://sourceware.org/systemtap/tapsets.pdf
and i am thinking that why we do not add version/release day for this doc? Such
as version X.X or released at 2025-x-x. So we can know which version of doc or
the release day of this doc easily. 

And more, if we could add changelogs to this doc, that would be great.
