fche's git commit cefe86c2881f0784660790c452aea44d53bb83c5 made a fix
that helps with the cflags issue.  However, there are still a couple
other issues in the newest kernels that need to be addressed for
systemtap to work on the newest kernels:

-percpu/x86: enable strict percpu checks via named AS qualifiers
 (kernel git commit 6a367577153acd9b432a5340fb10891eeb7e10f1) 
-implicit declaration of del_timer_sync() in runtime/transport/relay_v2.c
 kernel name change del_timer_sync() to timer_delete_sync by
 kernel git commit 8fa7292fee5c5240402371ea89ab285ec856c916 on 2025-04-05
