A variety of build failures popped up on F41 handbuild testing for g++
standards compliance matters.  One additional complexity is new dyninst 13's
inclusion of a "/usr/include/dyninst/util.h" function, which happens to collide
with our own "util.h" in stapdyn/* compilation jobs.
