ISTM the range of possible embedded-c code that people may want to use in
--runtime=bpf is so small and fixed (primarily: wrapping ebpf helper functions)
that they might as well be put into the tapset.  There they can be used without
-g.  Let's reconsider when/if a need is enunciated for a more custom purpose.
